The 4-Shaft design single layer forming fabric commonly used in manufacturing all varities of paper grades. Four Shed Design Mesh available from 16/cm to 30/cm. Can be supplied in various combinations of warp (MD) yarns and welt (CD) yarn diameters. Specially suitable for writing printing papers where empahsis is on the formation of paper and also in coarseness. It is widely used in Liner Board, Pulp Board etc.
The 5-Shed design single layer forming fabric available from 22/cm to 30/cm Can be supplied in various combinations of warp (MD) yarns and weft (CD) yarns diameters Suitable for all type of paper grades where emphasis is on life of forming fabrics. Can be Supplied warp(MD) runner for tissue machines.
The 8-Shaft design single layer forming fabric (two up six down) has more internal void volume, more drainage capacity. 8-shed single layer forming fabric is suitable for making high basis weight paper and packing papers.
