1. Installation height:

Installation height has a great impact on the sand removal effect and system stability. The slag remover system should be built at a position higher than the liquid level of the white water tank by more than 1 meter. Except for the first stage, all the good slurry Valves, light and heavy slag valves should be installed at a position lower than the liquid level of the white water tank to prevent the air from being introduced. The system pressure is unstable, and the loss of the final slurry can be reduced.

2. Feed flow:

The flow rate of the slurry is unstable, which directly affects the slag removal efficiency of the low-concentration cleaner. The air is easily mixed into the system, causing the pressure of each section to fluctuate, thus affecting the normal operation of the cleaner and even causing blockage in the last stages.

hence, the pressure sieve and the good slurry are introduced into the high-level tank, and the excess slurry is returned to the front tank of the pressure sieve to ensure the flow rate of the slurry into the low-concentration cleaner and the stability of the pressure head, and also ensure that each cleaner can Operating at full load reduces the effect of slag removal efficiency and fiber loss.

3. Impact of pressure drop:

The pressure drop between the inlet and outlet is the main factor affecting the purification efficiency of the cleaner. It is the driving force for the vortex movement and the power to separate the impurities. If the pressure drop between the slurry and the good slurry is too high, the production capacity of the system will increase, and the slag discharge will be relatively reduced in the latter stage, thus affecting the cleanliness; if the pressure drop is too low, the capacity of the system will decrease. The slag discharge in the latter stage will increase accordingly, and the fiber loss will increase proportionally.

4. Influence of differential pressure:

When the pressure drop is constant, the purification efficiency and production capacity will change when the pressure difference of each section fluctuates. If the pressure difference of each section is too large, the power consumption increases and the production capacity decreases; if the pressure difference is insufficient, a backflow phenomenon occurs, and the purification efficiency of the cleaner is lowered.

5. Inlet consistency:

When the pressure drop is constant, the purification efficiency decreases as the slurry concentration increases. When the slurry concentration increases, the slagging concentration also increases, and the fiber loss also increases; if the slurry concentration is too low, the equipment production capacity decreases and the power consumption increases. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency and productivity of the low-concentration cleaner, the slurry concentration of each section should be controlled at 0.5% to 1%.

6. Slag discharge:

Each type of slag remover produced by various manufacturers at home and abroad has certain requirements for slag discharge and taper angle. The slag discharge port is too small, the slag removal efficiency is low, and it is easy to block; the slag discharge port is large, although the purification efficiency can be improved, but the slag discharge amount is large, the fiber loss is large, and the production capacity is decreased. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the change in the size of the slag discharge port, and immediately replace the new slag discharge port to avoid the loss of fibers.
