High pressure Regulating Hydraulic Relief Valves


Hydraulic Actuated  Control Valve Introduction:

A regulating hydraulic pressure relief Modulating Valve is actuated by line pressure through a pilot control system, opening fast to maintain steady line pressure but closing gradually to prevent surges. Operation is completely automatic and pressure settings may be easily changed. This Valve can be used for pressure relief, pressure sustaining, back pressure, or unloading functions in a bypass system.If a check feature is added, and a pressure reversal occurs, the downstream pressure is admitted into the main valve cover chamber, closing the valve to prevent return flow.


Applications: 

Regulating Throttle Valve is widely used in industries such as natural gas, oil, chemical, metallurgy, paper-making, electricity, mining, printing and dyeing, biopharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, food and beverage, water treatment, and air handling for fluid automatic control or regulation. They are commonly used in conjunction with automated pneumatic instruments.


Principle:

1. In the closed position, the ball is pressed against the valve seat by the mechanical pressure of the valve stem.
2. When the hand wheel is turned counterclockwise, the valve stem moves in the opposite direction, and the angular plane at the bottom makes the ball disengage from the valve seat.
3. The valve stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the helical groove of the valve stem, causing the ball to start rotating without friction.
4. Until it reaches the fully open position, the valve stem is raised to the limit position, and the ball rotates to the fully open position.


High pressure Regulating Hydraulic Relief Valves Feature:
