welding blankets are made of fiberglass fabric,silica fabric or fiberglass fabric with different kinds of coatings. It can protect the welder from sparks, spatter and slag, and also provide a safe and clean environment for welders. According to different materials, it has different temperature from 200℃ to 1100℃. The specification is customized as customers’requirement.

Welding blankets are surface treated fiberglass fabrics with heat-resistance, high thickness and tight weaving, suitable for isolation and prevention in industrial and civil welding operation. According to the size of operation area, it can hang the blanket like curtain to isolate welding area and spread on the floor to effectively prevent the influence to people or goods at neighboring area caused by high-temperature welding sparks.

During a welding process or oxy cutting, sparks or metal projection could fall over non-protected places and even over the welder; use a welding blanket to protect from these risks raises work safety.
