In production, the paste net can be dealt with by the following measures: (1) Dealing with the paste net caused by non-resin obstacles Appropriately reduce the vacuum degree of the suction box or the vacuum degree of the first and second vacuum boxes; properly tension the forming net to eliminate the pits on the net and the paste at the discount; strengthen the washing of the forming net; timely remove the foam in the front box to prevent foam When the paper material goes online, it causes a paste network; improves the dispersion and stability of the rubber material. (2) Treatment of paste net caused by resin barrier Strengthen the washing of the slurry, reasonably control the resin content in the pulp; control the pH value; strengthen the cleaning work, regularly wash the pipeline, refiner, storage tank, etc.; use a resin dispersant to disperse and remove the resin (3) When using waste paper as raw materials, it is necessary to strengthen the treatment of waste paper and try to prevent the mixing of asphalt and plastics. When the mesh is stuck, it is generally blown with steam, and organic solvents (such as gasoline, diesel) can be used to clean asphalt, rubber blocks, oil stains, and paint.
