HT5100 Customized Eccentric Ball Valve


Introduction:

  1. The control performance is derived from a special patented Valve seat technology that uses a unique valve seat to change the flow characteristics and flow rate of the valve. Unlike traditional Valves that use valve cores or orifice plates to change flow characteristics and flow rate, this is the biggest difference of this valve. It achieves precise regulation. After years of research, it has been proven that high-precision computer control is necessary. This valve far surpasses traditional designs such as V-ball valves and eccentric rotary valves, making it an excellent alternative and a domestic innovation.
  2. Multiple valve seat options are available. The valve seat is laser-cut to the required shape and size to accommodate and meet the needs of different customers.
  3. Eccentric cavity and eccentric valve core can overcome large torque, and during the movement process, the valve core does not contact the valve seat, resulting in minimal wear and long service life. The integrated valve cover and valve body reduce the number of potential leakage points.
  4. For the same diameter, three or more Cv values can be achieved by simply changing the valve seat, reducing inventory management and achieving production standardization.
