Active Roller Description

The active roller is the main part of the belt conveyor to transmit power. The surface of the roller is available in steel surface, cast rubber glossy surface, with diamond or herringbone cast rubber surface, etc. for users to choose.

Active roller Production Process

Large seamless steel tubes are selected for direct fabrication: precise cutting with flame cutting machine, drum welding machine for drum inner disc, and welding of drum sleeve and disc with displacement machine. Use large lathe for drum outer circular pass processing, wall thickness uniform radial runout small. Select 45# round steel and sleeve, shaft through processing, to ensure the concentricity of the shaft and reduce the eccentric force of the shaft. The roller rotation is more stable, and the high quality bearing and bearing seat are selected, equipped with bearing inner diameter enlarger, and the bearing is hot mounted.
