Belt Filter Press Machine features
The series belt filter press has compact structure, novel style, convenient operation and management, large processing capacity, low water content of filter cake and good effect. Compared with similar equipment, it has the following characteristics:
1. The first gravity dewatering section is inclined, so that the sludge is as high as 1700mm from the ground, which increases the height of the sludge in the gravity dewatering section and improves the gravity dewatering capacity.
2. The gravity dehydration section is long. The total length of the first and second gravity dehydration sections is more than 5m, so that the sludge is fully dehydrated and loses fluidity before pressing. At the same time, the gravity dehydration section is also equipped with special mechanisms such as inversion, through the "wedge" shape, "S" shape squeeze, etc., so that the sludge filter cake can obtain the lowest water content.
3. The first dehydration Roller adopts "T" type drain groove, so that a large amount of water after pressing can be discharged quickly, thus improving the dehydration effect.
4. There are automatic control devices for the deviation of the Filter Belt , the tension of the filter belt and the moving speed of the filter belt can be adjusted freely, and the operation and management are convenient.
