Vacuum Insulation Panel Description

Vacuum Insulation Panel, referred to as VIP panel is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly insulation material produced by the principle of vacuum insulation. It has low thermal conductivity, small size, environmental protection, and no pollution, and has broad application prospects. Its structure is mainly composed of three parts: core material, gas barrier layer, and getter. VIP panels have extremely low thermal conductivity, among which the thermal conductivity of vacuum insulation panels with glass fiber as the core material is only about 0.0015W/m·k, which is about 1/6 or even lower than that of traditional thermal insulation materials, and its thickness is only 1/5~1/10 of ordinary materials.

Vacuum Insulation Panel Advantages
