Electric Butterfly Valve Introduction:

Principle:
The working principle of an electric butterfly valve is to control the opening and closing of the valve by an electric motor or actuator, which in turn controls the flow of fluid through the pipeline.The main components of an electric butterfly valve include the valve body, valve stem, valve disc, and electric motor or actuator. When the electric motor or actuator receives a control signal, it drives the valve stem to rotate, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the valve disc. When the electric butterfly valve is closed, the valve disc is tightly fitted against the valve seat to prevent fluid flow. When the electric butterfly valve is open, the valve disc rotates to a specific angle, allowing fluid to pass through the pipeline. Electric butterfly valves are typically equipped with various sensors and switches to monitor the position and status of the valve and transmit data to the control system. These sensors and switches can be used to automatically control the opening and closing of the valve to meet specific flow and pressure requirements.
