Cleaner Description
Paper Pulp Light Impurity Cleaner is suitable for dealing with slurry 0.3-1.2%, also a combination of domestic and foreign advanced technology developed from the new cleaner with multiple functions, which uses the principle of centrifugal slurry to remove a variety of light and heavy impurities. 

The low-consistency cleaner is mainly used in the process of removing fine impurities from waste paper pulp. In order to remove these fine impurities, paper mills or pulp mills use low-consistency cleaner systems. Various impurities in waste paper pulp need to be processed through medium-concentration, low-consistency slag remover, outflow type, inflow type, corrugated type and other pressure screens. Various impurities in waste paper pulp still contain small impurities with a density close to fiber, such as fine sand, lime powder, foam, oil wax, rubber, etc. If not, these small impurities will form black spots and wet spots on the paper when the high-speed paper machine produces various boxboard or low-weight Cardboard , which will affect the physical properties of the paper such as surface cleanliness, crush resistance, folding resistance, and smoothness.

LD Cleaner Features:
The product is made of stainless steel upper part, the lower part of wear-resistant ceramic, the inner wall of the body in a spiral cone design. It can be used in the pulp purification system to remove waste slurry mixed, wax, adhesive, plastic film, foam, gas, sand, iron and other light and heavy impurities.

The difference between heavy slag Cleanerand light slag Cleaner
The cleaner is a device that uses the centrifugal principle to remove impurities of different densities in pulp. The upper part of the slag remover is made of stainless steel, the lower part is injection molded of polyurethane material, and the inner wall of the main body is designed as a spiral cone.

1. Heavy cleaner, the pulp is injected into the conical container at a certain pressure along an oblique angle, forming a reciprocating vortex in the container. Under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, the impurities with large specific gravity vibrate to the outside of the vortex, and are continuously discharged downward along the wall of the container. The pulp fibers with small specific gravity are discharged from the upper end of the container to other pipe diameters.

2. LD cleaner injects pulp from below. Due to centrifugal force and gravity, secondary fibers with high specific gravity move outward and concentrate from the lower end. Impurities with light specific gravity move close to the center of the circle and are discharged from the upper end of the container.
