Description & Working Principle Of Brush Scraper Self Cleaning Filter

The raw liquid enters the filter through the liquid inlet. During the filtration process,the impurities in the water accumulate on the stainless steel filter screen,

and the innerlayer of impurities gradually accumulates.

①Automatic cleaning: When the filtration time reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process will be started: electronic control system Give a signal,

 the motor starts to work, the motor rotates to drive the drive shaft to rotate, the scraper removes the impurities accumulated on the filter screen,

 and the motor stops working after the cleaning time reaches the set value. The blow down valve is opened and blow down begins.

②Manual cleaning: The motor runs continuously, driving the drive shaft to rotate, and the scraper continuously removes the impurities on the filter screen.

 When the time set value is reached, the sewage valve is manually opened to start sewage.

③Pressure differential cleaning (optional): When the pressure difference between the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet reaches the set value, the motor starts to

work, the motor rotates to drive the drive shaft to rotate, and the scraper removes the impurities accumulated on the filter screen. After the cleaning time reaches

the set value , the motor stops working.
