Basket filters are used in oil or other liquid pipelines to filter out impurities in the pipeline. The basket filter mainly consists of a connecting

pipe, main pipe, filter basket, flange, flange cover, and fasteners.

Working Principle Of Basket Filter

When the liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurities are blocked inside the filter basket, while the clean fluid

passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. For cleaning, simply unscrew the plug at the bottom of the main pipe,

drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean the filter, and reassemble it. Therefore, it is easy to use and maintain.
